A lot of strange things happen to me, so it’s kind of normal really, but just this night I was out walking the dog, li’l Jojo, and I was given some free dog food. A man and a woman were loading/unloading things into the backs of their large SUV’s slash Minivans into big coolers for transport, and the man said to me,
“Good dog! Is he a puppy?”
“Yes, yes he is…”
“Here, I got somethin for ya”
“…”
And he proceeded to give me a free sample package of Professor Connor’s Deli Fresh dog food, a refrigerated dog food, for dogs. They’re just starting here in the US, he said, and can be found at PetsMart and PetCo, and he explained to me in full how to introduce it to my puppy’s diet, and how best to mix it with dry food. At 11:30 at night. On the sidewalk in front of a random apartment building.
Anyhow, I checked it out and it looks pretty legitimate, so I’m going to give li’l Jojo a treat at dinnertime and let him experience the majesty of Professor Connor’s Deli Fresh dog food… maybe he’ll stop begging at the table every night? Oh the nutty things that happen… it definitely beats seeing a bum take a poop on a newspaper outside the Federal building on my way to work, that’s for sure!

Li’l Jojo indeed loves him some Prof Con’s DelFresh D-food! I’m being very careful though not to end up having it be the only thing he wants to eat (because, you know the drill… the first one’s always free…). 1Up for free dog food from random people!

I was at Petsmart the other day and I was given a free sample of Deli Fresh. My dog Maverick loved it. I went back to Petsmart and bought a roll. If you have a dog you should definitely try it!
My dogs just love this food is it possible to get it in my area?I live in Sudbury Ontario.

you can get this product at petcetera, i bought it there and my puppy loves it. small price to pay for her happiness. they also have a program buy 10 and get one free, might not be much but its something!
I started my Jack Russell on a Delifresh/kibble diet, and bought it from Petsmart and Super Pet in the Toronto, Ont. area; and my dog loved it, even though he hates most kibble! However, after about 8 months of the buying the stuff, I found that it wasn’t lasting till it’s expiry date. Within a few days of opening it, it was stinking up my fridge, and our dog wouldn’t touch the stuff (odd, since I’ll admit to wanting to trying it for myself, cause it usually smells so good…hahaha.) Has anyone experienced this problem?
