Hey Eric, remember me? I remembered I liked your site, so I decided to see what's up, and I saw this post about Jarhead.
I'm actually really interested in the movie because I read the book. I'm really surprised it was made into a movie, because it is REALLY anti-war. The author fought in the Gulf and talks about how horrible war is and how it has scarred him for life. I know a lot of people are (finally) upset about the war in Iraq and Bush's approval ranking is sinking further as the days pass, but people still seem to think war protesters are unpatriotic. So I guess I'm surprised that they'd make it into a movie, given the current state of mind in the US.
So yeah, thought I'd give ya a comment. :)
