I found this list of, um… ascii owls… on Mike The Actuary’s blog. For those who are curious, an actuary is “a statistician who computes insurance risks and premiums.” Okay… Mike also has an affinity for freeways, highways and road signs.
Being quite the “netizen”, as they call those who spend a good deal of time in the digital arena, I always find textual representations of things like emoticons and ascii art somewhat to solidly interesting. I was never into ascii art myself, sticking to the more minimal “smilies”, but these owl variations are interesting nonetheless.
