I’m not sure when this happened, but The Hanso Foundation has a very fancy flash website now with all kinds of video… definitely a must-visit for any LOST fan (although with the way the show’s been going, I’ll understand if you decide not to check it out).

Umm… ok it gets really really weird. Click to sign up for the newsletter, and enter a user name. Then after creepy stuff happens, the password will be “breaking strain”. That’s as far as I’ve gotten so far…………… but enjoy!

Oooookay… after I did that, it seemed like nothing really happened… I clicked around some more and decided to send Joop a message, and the little “live camera feed” thing went buckwild. I had to click all these circles, linking them up, until a red circle appeared. Clicking that took me to some secret documents explaining some pretty bad stuff that went on with the foundation…
“THE HANSO FOUNDATION, SETTING WORLD SPEED RECORDS FOR SUBVERTING AUTHORITY”…
The folks over at ABC sure did put a lot of effort into this… I hope there’s some sort of tie-in leading people to the site, because I’d be sad if the non-internet nerd LOST fans missed it.

So during last night’s episode, they played a commercial for the very same Hanso Foundation, along with a US toll-free phone number to call. Checking the LOST message boards at ABC it seems like all kindsof things are going on, including, but not limited to a book written by one of the passengers on the plane (perhaps the manuscript Sawyer was reading? There’s also exclusive video on Amazon.com here.), a website authored by the son of an Italian scientist, and more clues on the Hanso site… I won’t go into everything here, but you can poke around for yourself at:
